Abs ‘n Flex

This class is designed to target two areas – the abdominals and whole body flexibility.  It consists of a series of exercises to strengthen and tone the core muscles, abdominals and lower back.  Following this intense workout, we go through a series of stretches to target all the muscles of the body to ensure correct flexibility and to reduce the risk of injury.  An ideal class for anyone involved in any sports or just needing to tone the and strengthen the core.
