Results Orientated Health Assessment/Evaluation

All members receive ongoing COMPLIMENTARY Health Evaluations from our team of Trainers resulting in individual goal specific programmes, which are realistic and attainable.

All appointments must be booked in advance to ensure that the appropriate amount of care and time is given.

We offer scientifically based health assessments as part of your membership to help you reach your goals Complimentary classes including Pilates, Spinning Bodypump, Aqua Aerobics & Kickbox! Classes are run through our Ayurvedic Spa, Yauvana.

Event Training Towels Guests
Our trainers are experienced in the delivery of training programmes for such diverse activities as triathlon, marathon, skiing, golf, cycling and all team sports. Should you forget to bring one, we will have one for you at our gym reception at a charge of €1.00. Members are entitled to bring up to two guests per visit - please enquire for guests fees & policies

Complimentary parking is provided Please bring your individual headphones to watch and listen to a selection of TV’s during your workout. Our trainers are of an international standard and are always on duty to answer any health and fitness question you may have or to offer advice.
